Evelyn Cook is the author of the acclaimed biography 100 Years of Healing - The Legacy of a Kauai Missionary Doctor, and of the best-selling With Sam Choy - Cooking from the Heart plus other Hawaii-focused books. Evelyn is a veteran journalist and has reported for newspapers in Alaska, Hawaii, Texas and California.
