Research methodology is related back to the Equity Act No. 55 of 1998 and sets out the problem statement, objective of the study, sampling, and discusses the ipsative questionaire as well as statistical analysis. The methodology of multiple regression is explained and an example given. The method of data collection process is set in tables of Pearson Correlation Coeffients Scatter plots are given to clarify the findings on Dominance-Influence-Steadyness and Compliance or conscientiousness dimentions.
