In this book, "modern rhetoric and the Arabic language", he demanded that the language be developed and accommodated for the sciences and arts that the Arabs did not know. The writer explains here that the reason for the backwardness of the Arabs is not to leave them to religion, as most Muslims claim, but rather because they left the science and their preoccupation with what they call the arts of language and its sterile seas in towards, exchange, eloquence, literature, poetry and prose, and that these arts that do not benefit or not It reaps only the fatigue of the mind and the loss of time in what is not beneficial, and therefore the Arabic language has remained a rigid language that looks forward to the past and not for the future as the case of most international languages ¿¿that those responsible for it seek to simplify and make it easy to accept for science and scholars and perhaps more than this vast difference is a student Medicine, engineering, physical and chemical sciences, and how the Arabic language does not accommodate all these sciences. The writer also asks about the feasibility of studying students for grammar, exchange, raising the perpetrator, and erecting the effect, and what benefits this student himself on the personal level when he becomes a doctor, engineer, accountant, and other professions, and what will prevail over society as a whole from such a study.
