half years of hard work, the author presents a completed
academic research project entitled “Cultural Diversity
in Qatari Hospitals: Challenges and Opportunities from
the Employees’ Perspective,” which was submitted
as a dissertation in partial fulfillment of a doctoral
degree. From his research and work in culturally diverse
institutions for over twenty years and through his visits
to more than thirty countries around the world, this book
is a wonderful contribution to Arab and international
