This book consists of five chapters, the first of which is the Power of Thought chapter, through which the author presents the importance of thought and its impact on the psychological and physical state of a person. The second chapter is entitled Negative Thinking, and it presents the concept of negative thinking and how it can also negatively affect its owner. The third chapter of the book talks about positive thinking that helps an individual progress and achieve his dreams and ambitions and how it develops a person. In the next chapter, positive thinking strategies, the author presents a set of strategies that support the individual in developing his positive thinking. The fifth chapter is entitled The Ten Commandments of Positive Thinking, and it reviews how negative thinking can be transformed into positive thinking through a set of valuable commandments and instructions.
