Autorenporträt
As a teacher and perpetual student of Gods word, Alicia knows the desire to spend more time with God is often measured by quantity, but she believes it is the quality that counts. As an evangelist, she writes to encourage other women to start where they are when studying the Word of God. As the founder of Saved 2 Serve International Ministries, Evangelist Alicia N. Waldon conducts Bible studies for women of all ages to teach them how to fully apply Gods word to their lives. Her ministry teaches those born again (saved) 2 (God to man) serve (minister). Her belief is that we are born again to minister to the lost and her ministrys vision is Connecting to God to Reach Man. Her ministrys foundational scriptures come from 2 Timothy 2:24-26: And the servant of the Lord must not be quarrelsome (fighting and contending). Instead, he must be kindly to everyone and mild-tempered [preserving the bond of peace]; he must be a skilled and suitable teacher, patient and forbearing and willing to suffer wrong. He must correct his opponents with courtesy and gentleness, in the hope that God may grant that they will repent and come to know the Truth [that they will perceive and recognize and become accurately acquainted with and acknowledge it], And that they may come to their senses [and] escape out of the snare of the devil, having been held captive by him, [henceforth] to do His [Gods] will. (Amplified Version)
