Running for Jennifer Bonn has always been more than exercise. She sees it as something that can help us mentally, physically, spiritually, and socially. Jennifer has always been active in sports, but in college she began to see the benefits of running beyond merely conditioning. She has been an avid runner for 45 years.Jennifer was a cross-country coach for nine years, and an assistant track coach for one. She enjoys helping others find joy in running. Jennifer runs competitively almost every weekend, and her favorite distance is the ultra-marathon, (anything over 26.2). She has written about running for Trail Runner, The Running Journal, The Cross-Country Journal, and she had a regular column in Georgia Runner called On The Run. One of the things Jennifer loves the most is the social aspect of running. Connections are easy to make at races, and runner's stories are inspirational.Jennifer has written several other books including 101 Tips to Lighten Your Burden: Practical Advice for Life, and What I Hope for You: A Grandmother's Wishes.
