May it be working moms, busy executives, students or the lazy ones who always opt for a take away rather than cook at home. We understood the importance of good cooked healthy nutritional, and tasty food for every day.
We understand your craving for good food and your time constraints. We took the time challenge to prepare nutritious and great tasting food in 15 minutes or less. We worked on ways and recipes for cooking fast without compromise on nutrition and taste.
With emphasize to cook delicious healthy recipes for time conscious home food cooks, we experimented. We got together and started exploring discussing ways to cook good food within 15 minutes. We brainstormed tried tested and finally came up with lot of recipes as time passed, we had hundreds of them and then we were spoilt for options. Everyone started connecting asking for them and so we finally decided to put it into a book so everyone in need can benefit.
Creating these recipes has been a whole new experience, sure we tried to keep them simple, methodical, sociable and fun.
