Autorenporträt

Johnny Summers has a Ph.D. in Business Administration with a concentration in Financial Management. His Master's degree is in Public Administration. He studied government finance in both degree programs. He spent twenty years working in government, witnessing how money was used. This combined with current studies, an observation of current fiscal policy, and continued growth in deficits inspired this book. A study of past great societies showed stunning consistency in their maturation. History has a habit of repeating itself, the details vary but the end results are the same.
