Dr. Ulf Spears is the founder and president of Strategic Leadership International, a global organization that seeks to fill the leadership vacuum in society through consulting, coaching, training, mentoring, and empowering emerging leaders and organizations. He has over 20 years of experience in global leadership development positions in higher education, community development and business. He is a global futurist, community and spiritual leader, as well as serving as adjunct professor and department lead at Warner Pacific University over the past 10 years. In addition, Dr. Spears holds a doctorate in strategic leadership (DSL) with an emphasis in leadership coaching and a certificate of advanced graduate studies in leadership from RegentUniversity, a master's degree in management from the University of Phoenix, and a bachelor's degree in psychology from Corban University. Dr. Spears, his wife, and three children reside in Vancouver, Washington.
