Her favorite childhood memories include ice skating on frozen ponds during Finnish winters and taking camping road trips with her extended family across the United States. She now lives in the Austin, Texas area with her husband, two daughters, and an adventure dog. As a family, they believe that a good education means developing a sense of curiosity, wonder, and connection with the world around you, and that nature is the perfect place to make this happen.
