Susan launched ClutterSOS in 2005, after realizing that as a professional organizer, she could spend her days doing what she's always loved the most - sharing her passion for organizing and making true connections with people. Susan is a Certified Professional Organizer®. She maintains an active membership in the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO), of which she is a member of the elite Golden Circle of veteran organizers. She is also a proud member of NAPO-WDC and the Institute for Chronic Disorganization (ICD), for which she holds the title "Chronic Disorganization Specialist." She also holds a BSBA degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in Business Administration.
