Yvonne do Amaral Pereira (1900-1984) was a Brazilian medium and writer, known for her extensive work in psychographic writing. She claimed to receive messages from the spirit world and to have the ability to write them down automatically. Yvonne was born in Brazil in 1900 and had her first psychic experiences as a child. She later married and had two children, but her spiritual experiences continued to intensify. She began practicing spiritism, a spiritualist doctrine that originated in France in the 19th century and spread to Brazil, where it became very popular.
