A hero's journey through the elements of life. It shows courage, self-knowledge, inner power and the rich paths that life offers. The story gives us strength and makes us realize how we can grow from apparent vulnerability to an unusual greatness. It is the impulse to take a closer look at the world again and to take a closer look. It is the dragon within us that is awakened and the scientific wisdom of our ancestors, with which wonderful being we are connected.

Autorenporträt
I saw the light of this wonderful world on 27.05.1965. After a fairly carefree childhood, it ended, as for so many, with the start of school. From now on it was a case of sitting still, concentrating for long hours, little exercise, homework .... So much less time to be outside in nature. Dreaming forbidden .... When I finally finished school, I trained as a nurse. For the first few years, I worked in nursing on the ward, then I switched to the operating theater. I enjoyed working as a nurse for many years, including on a humanitarian mission in Tajikistan. I stopped working in my profession in March 2022. I became increasingly aware that people are not really perceived as holistic beings in conventional medicine. In addition to my professional work, I continued my education in many other areas to get closer to my dreams and nature again. It all started with the idea of animal-assisted therapy. To gain a deeper understanding, I trained as a dog trainer/behavioral therapist and obtained a falconry license, while also working as a volunteer at a bird of prey sanctuary for three years. In my further training, I see nature at the center of human beings. This includes the constant study of healthy nutrition and medicinal herbs, kinesiology, energetic healing and Shirin Yoku. I also have qualifications as a Boundless Movement Trainer, Medical Qi Gong and Shamanic training. I am currently fulfilling a long-time dream of training as a clown. Not the circus clown, but the character clown, e.g. to work as a hospital clown. Website: https://mittelstand.de/ursula-frey
