Arlita Carter, originally from Chicago, IL, Currently resides in Loganville GA. She moved there in 2014 after the sudden death of her husband of forty years. After settling in Georgia, she wrote Dark to Light, Living Life after Death. It is her very personal account of that devastating loss, and her subsequent recovery. Dark to Light was nominated, and won a Distinguished Authors Guild award in 2022. Arlita knows all too well the pain and grief of loss. She also knows about faith, the power of prayer and God's absolute ability to bless you with a new beginning. A New Light a New Love, her second book, is her first foray into the world of romantic fiction. It is her hope that her readers will embrace this new book as much as they did her first.
