Lynn is good friends with a police detective, an orthopedic surgeon, and a cadre of talented doctors, nurses, and social workers, who help her aid the recipients. Among them also lurk a few exciting romantic possibilities. But which one should she choose?

Fans of Martha Williamson's Hallmark series Signed, Sealed, Delivered will love this story's skillful combination of drama, comedy, and romance. The theme of giving provides purpose and value, and the humorous moments throughout create balance amidst the sobering truths.

A researcher and educator, Madelaine M. Lawrence, Ph.D. is the author of six books, both fiction, and nonfiction. Her years of experience in healthcare have led to interviews by numerous lay publications, radio talk shows, and television shows. One of her most prominent television appearances was on ABC's Turning Point with Diane Sawyer. She lives in South Carolina, where she practices the same act of giving as the main character of Three Worries: handing out twenty-dollar bills to people who could use a boost.
