Volume two is a continuation of A Poet's Journey Volume One, voicing a woman's feelings, emotions and everyday experiences as a mother, lover, friend and grandmother. This book will take you on a journey through words on a page that capture the emotional, mental and physical thoughts and sentiments of daily life for her. Enduring sadness, hurt, suffering, loss, bitterness fear and resent. Along with joy, happiness, love, kindness, beauty, bliss, abundance and growth. This book will resonate with many and provide comfort to you in the knowing that there is no good, nor bad, right nor wrong. It just IS. In this life we are granted an abundance of choice to give and receive and sometimes we feel like we don't always get it right. This book WILL remind you, that there IS, nothing wrong with YOU. This collection IS dedicated to the author's mother and includes her own beautiful poetry, originally written by Joan Ann Crawley. Not only her mother, but a wonderfully innocent, faithful, adoring woman whom was the light in many a life, especially that of her husband, Brian and her children, Judith, Paul, Michael, Phillip and Lee. To them she was purity. A true inspiration.

Autorenporträt
Lee Crawley was born in North Sydney, NSW Australia, in December 1970. At the age of 8, she moved to The Central Coast NSW with her parents, where she would grow up. Lee married young at the age of 20, to her first and only boyfriend. They moved away and had four children, 3 daughters and a son. Lee divorced in 2004 and decided to move back to the Central Coast NSW to be close to her parents. She was 33. She had a close relationship with them. Her dad was an accountant, her mum a full-time housewife, spent her days caring for her home and her family. Lee's mum was very creative, be it poetry, painting, craft, sewing and loved her gardening. This rubbed off on Lee and for most of her life she dabbled her hand in the same creativity as her mum. She tried her hand at sewing, painting and drawing but it was poetry that came naturally to Lee. Even as a young child she was very creative in her writing, in school, excelling in English and Art. Lee's life experience has seen many changes, going from being a full-time mum to a single working mum of four children. Lee has worked on farms, in factories, panel shops, coffee shops, clubs and restaurants. Doing whatever she could to stay on top and keep a home for her children. Later at the age of 44, going back to school to study Nursing. She has seen many walks of life and met a vast variety of people throughout. Sadly, some not so nice. So, she knows firsthand about the mental, emotional and physical abuse one can be subject to. Putting your trust in people you thought valued you. Putting her thoughts into poetry was an escape and a kind of healing if you will for Lee to be able move throughout her life. In this book you will experience all the emotions and the feelings of such moments, to which I'm sure one can relate and in reading these words, you will know that you are not alone. Lee is a passionate empathetic soul who attracts and inspires many around her. You can clearly see this in her poetry.
