DR. ALVIN HAYWOOD was born and raised in California. A licensed minister and a former longtime elementary and middle school teacher, he did his undergraduate and graduate studies at San Jose State University.After he retired from thirty-four years of teaching and after a bout with deadly cancer back in 2007, Dr. Haywood "refired" and obtained a doctorate of education (2015) from Nova Southeastern University. He continues to give God the glory!
