Autorenporträt
Dr Brian Roet was in general practice in Melbourne, Australia, for fifteen years before he came to England in 1980. During this time, he noticed a great deficiency in his ability to treat the high proportion of patients visiting him for emotionally related illnesses.

Using techniques such as self-hypnosis and creative visualisatioin, he has spent the last nine years in his London practice learning about the ability of the mind to create or resolve disease. He believes strongly in the need to educate people about the role played by their minds in their emotional or physical ill health.

In the course of his work he has written two books - Hypnosis - A Gateway to Better Health, and All in the Mind? - Think Yourself Better.
