JOHN L. KEENAN went from the Steel town of Gary, Indiana, to the Steel town of Jamshedpur, India, on a three-year contract and stayed for twenty-five years, enjoying every minute of it. He helped to make the Tata Steel Works of Bengal the greatest in the British Empire and the tenth greatest in the world.
