John Chambers has won several major poetry competitions and has been published in The Spectator, The Irish Times Poetry Ireland Review and in New Irish Writing. Frank, a recent sonnet sequence, was shortlisted for a Hennessy Award. Odyssey, a major sonnet sequence based on Homer's epic, will be published later this year.
