The lessons in this book (focusing on one letter at a time) use action poems, tactile stimulation, pictures to enhance visual memory and specific questioning techniques to increase oral comprehension and vocabulary development. The author incorporates the four modalities of learning (visual, auditory, kinesthetic, and tactile) in her lessons. She has used this program with young children in a small group setting with amazing results.
