It's for people struggling in the relationship, or those that are doing great, but just want to delve a little deeper. It's for intellectual stimulation as much as healing and support. I genuinely believe that understanding where your partner is coming from is the key to the success of your relationship. But how can you understand ADHD, if you don't know what it's like? I reference recent research and present it in an approachable way, in hopes that the information you need is taken in and actionable. I wrote this for the love of my life and I to understand each other better - for us to be closer and for her to understand me better.
