Ishtiaq Jamil and Steinar Askvik are at the Department of Administration and Organization Theory, University of Bergen, Norway where they co-directs the MPhil Program in Public Administration. Farhad Hossain is a Senior Lecturer at the Institute for Development Policy and Management, University of Manchester, UK, where he directs the Postgraduate Programme in Human Resource Management (International Development).
