Fran Capo is a stand up comic, keynote motivational speaker, voiceover artist, freelance writer, seventeen-time author, spokes person and co-host of the award wining TV show, Live it Up! She is also a five-time world record holder, most known as the Guinness Book of World Records Fastest Talking Female, clocked at 603.32 wpm. This Queens College graduate has appeared on over 3500 radio and 450 television shows including: Entertainment Tonight, Good Morning America, Fox and Friends, Larry King Live and Discovery Channel¿s More than Human. She has also been featured in numerous books, co-hosted Comedy Cures Laugh Talk Radio, and has written numerous articles on adventure travel for Magazines such as Caribbean Travel & Life, Big Apple Parent, Parent Guide, Lattitudes, Vagabond Travel, Success Magazine. She also writes a blog as Travel Adventure Mom for www.travelingmoms.com. As an avid adventurer, Capo has been made an honorary member of the Adventurer¿s Club in Chicago, and was their banquet keynote speaker at their 100th mass media celebration. Capo has bungee jumped, walked on hot coals, dove with sharks, done a book signing at the top of Kilimanjaro and one down by the wreck site of the Titanic.
