Chapter Four is focused on a theoretical framework motivated by the influence of TMT composition on strategic change and firm performance. Chapter Five examines the importance and the implementation of critical success factors (CSFs) of quality management systems (QMSs). Chapter Six presents the concepts of critical success factors of projects and their applications in various sectors.
