Autorenporträt
Dr. Elham Maghsoudi Nia obtained her Ph.D. degree in "Civil Engineering" from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS in 2019. She obtained her master's degree from Universiti Putra Malaysia in "Architectural Studies". Her study during Ph.D. and M.Sc. was focused on environmental issues and harvesting of renewable energies in urban context. She joined the TU Delft, Faculty of Architecture, in 2021 and started her research on "Energy Transition". Currently, she is working on "Facilitating circularity in the construction sector". Her interest is promoting sustainable and energy efficiency technologies and approaches in the buildings.  Dr. Mokhtar Awang is a professional engineer and an associate professor at Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, Perak, Malaysia. He is also a chartered engineer at the Institute of Marine Engineering, Science and Technology, UK (IMarEST). He obtained his bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Detroit Mercy, MI,USA, and both master's and doctorate degrees from West Virginia University, WV, USA. Mokhtar Awang had 6 years of experience in industry and over 19 years of academic experience in the field of finite element modeling and friction stir welding.
