TODD MOSS is a consultant for the World Bank. Prior to this he was a lecturer at the London School of Economics Development Studies Institute. Previously, he has worked at the Economist Intelligence Unit, the Overseas Development Council, and consulted for a wide range of firms including the UN, Control Risks and Oxford Analytica.
