Both as an accomplished COO in the corporate business arena for 30+ years then transitioning to ministry as COO of Forest Home, one of the largest Christian Camps in California his passion and process for making great leaders has done just that. Men around the world in every arena of life have emerged as exemplary leaders by the mentoring process Steve shares here. Steve is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute, Chicago Illinois, and Biola University with a BA in Bible and Theology. He holds an MBA from Gaziadio School of Business at Pepperdine University, Malibu, California. Steve has been married for 47 years has mentored couples with his wife Judy. They make their home in the San Diego area near their 3 grown daughters and their families.
