BAKUT TSWAH BAKUT is Lecturer in International Relations at Nottingham Trent University, Director of NTU African Studies Group and Convenor and Co-Founder of the Forum on Africa and International Relations. He is the author of Security: An African Perspective and co-author of Lifelong Learning in an Inner-City. SAGARIKA DUTT is a Lecturer in International Relations at the Nottingham Trent University. She is the author of The Politicization of the United Nations Specialized Agencies: A Case Study of UNESCO (1995).
