W. R. "Bill" Hagen lives in the Texas Hill Country with his wife, Donna. He joined IBM after graduation from the University of Missouri, Rolla. Twenty-seven years and five states later, he retired to Nevada. Seven years later he became VP of operations for a large Arizona retailer.
