Lucy Wolfe is a sleep consultant, mum of four children, author of the bestselling book The Baby Sleep Solution, and creator of the 100% natural 'Sleep Through Body and Bed Sleep Spray' and 'Sleep Through Relaxing Rub'. She is a graduate from University College Cork with a first-class honours higher diploma in Parent Mentoring and Relationship Studies. She has completed the Gentle Sleep Program (USA) and attained certification in Child Sleep, Postnatal Depression and Child Nutrition accredited by OCN (UK). She has specific training and certification for children aged four to five months, with planned continued studies (MA) in Relationship Mentoring. Lucy undertakes continuing professional development and personal reflection. She is a member and former European Director of the Association of Professional Sleep Consultants, a member of the International Association of Child Sleep Consultants, and a member of the Irish Association of Relationship Mentors. She is the resident sleep expert on Virgin Media One's breakfast show, Ireland Am, and can be heard frequently on the radio. She also contributes widely to print and online publications, including The Irish Independent. Lucy runs a private sleep practice in Cork, Ireland, where she provides one-to-one consultations to families worldwide with bespoke plans, support and guidance.
