She watched helplessly as her parents ran after the balloon to try to catch it for her, but as the wind began to blow They stopped running and watched the balloon float away higher and higher into the sky. Later that night as her mother tucked her into bed, she wiped the tears from her eyes and asked her mother where balloons go when they float up into the sky. Autorenporträt

Kimberly Brewer, songwriter and music artist, has now added children's book author to her inspiring work. Her resume, first and foremost, includes touring the world and recording on three albums with the inimitable Stevie Wonder. Kimberly was also honored to perform an original Christmas duet written by Wonder entitled "I Love You More" at the White House during the Clinton Administration. She graced concert tours between 2002-2004 with Earth, Wind & Fire (immortalized on their DVD Live in Montreux), along with Stevie Wonder's "Live At Last" DVD. She toured for two years singing en Español in support of Spanish superstar Julio Iglesias, recorded with Teena Marie, k.d. lang, Vanessa Williams, Will Downing, June Pointer, George Michael, Elton John, Kevon Edmonds, Mary J. Blige, Boney James and many others.
