Patti Dammier lived in Europe and the stories described in this book are based on her true-life experiences with eight Great Danes. She rescued her fi rst Great Dane while living on a farm in Germany, and then in Spain and fi nally to the US. With a PhD in psychology, she uses her expertise to write horse and now Great Dane adventures.
