Robert J. Bigg holds a PhD from the University of Cambridge in the history of economic thought. Previously published works include Cambridge and the Monetary Theory of Production together with entries for The New Palgrave: A Dictionary of Economics, and The Palgrave Companion to Oxford Economics.
