Autorenporträt
Elias Davidsson wurde in Palästina als Sohn deutscher Eltern mit jüdischem Glauben geboren, die zur Zeit der Nazis aus Deutschland emigriert waren. Er lebte mehr als 40 Jahren in Island, wo er eingebürgert war. Er zog in 2008 mit seiner Familie nach Deutschland. Beruflich war Davidsson mehr als 22 Jahren im IT Bereich tätig, zunächst bei IBM. Danach arbeitete er als Musiklehrer, Kirchenmusiker und Komponist. Seine Werke für den Instrumentalunterricht sind weltweit verwendet (siehe www.tonar-og-steinar.com). Parallel zu seiner beruflicher Tätigkeit setzte sich Davidsson für Menschenrechte und Völkerrecht. Seine Schriften zu diesen Themen erschienen in juristischen Zeitschriften.
