increasingly wild weather, violent storms, and massive floods are symptoms of the world struggling to reach equilibrium with global warming.
located in an un-named city, harold, an elderly man is convinced radical change is upon us and decides to build a boat in his front yard. the amusement of neighbours and opposition of his wife does not faze him or dint his determination to succeed. joe, a stringer for global tv news netweorks travels widely, reporting on increasingly extreme weather events. ultimately he returns home as the worst weather in history brings on massive flooding, drowning his and harold's city, along with every other coastal city in the world.
harold's and joe's stories come together in a conclusion that is a thrilling and timely warning of the overwhelming possibilities we can expect from climate change and global warming.
