Keturah L. Hadley has been employed by Westchester County, New York, for over 30 years as a social worker and adult protective caseworker. She has been a full-time probation officer since 1988. Born in Charleston, South Carolina, she was raised in Covert, Michigan. She is the single parent of grown children. Her degrees are from Iona College (BBA in management), Westchester Community College (early childhood learning), and a master's degree from American Intercontinental University online in educational technology.
