Autorenporträt
Dr. Vince Bertram is president and CEO of Project Lead The Way, a nonprofit organization and the nation's leading provider of K-12 STEM programs. Under his leadership, PLTW has grown to serve over 6,500 schools nationwide, was named to the Social Impact Exchange's S&I 100 Index, and was recognized by Change the Equation as one of four nationally scalable STEM programs. Bertram was appointed by the U.S. Department of State as its speaker and specialist on STEM education in 2014 and has testified before the U.S. House of Representatives on STEM education and America's skills gap. He is a former teacher, principal, and urban superintendent. Bertram holds doctorate, specialist, master's, and bachelor's degrees from Ball State and Harvard University.
