Robin Boyer's illustrations are colorful, delightful and "spot-on" when it comes to the telling the story. Deb Manikas is a longtime retired educator who always used children's books in the classroom to pique older students' interest in reading. Her own five children and nine grandchildren served as inspiration for this story. Deb resides in upstate New York with her family.
