She is co-editor (with Christine Gledhill) of Nationalizing Femininity: Culture, Sexuality, and Cinemain Britain in World War Two (Manchester University Press, 1996), and co-author (with Patricia Wise) of Going forBroke: Women's Participation in the Arts and CulturalIndustries (1998).
