Produktbeschreibung
The intent of these tips is to improve your attention when working or driving and having to sit for long periods by keeping your mind alert and your body more comfortable. As a result, there is less likelihood of drowsiness, spacing out, or getting pains or cramps that may result in mistakes.

The main idea behind these tips is to keep shifting your weight and the tensional forces between muscles and bones; in other words, don't sit compressed and immovable. I experience these movements like a meditation that keeps me focused on my body versus being only in my mindunaware of the whole of my being. With these subtle, non-habitual and asymmetrical movements, body tension releases and the mind calms and may even become more creative.
