Klaus Zankl wurde 1964 in Wilhelmshaven geboren. Die Schule schloss er mit dem Abitur ab. Er ist seit vielen Jahren Frührentner und beschäftigt sich mit Literatur und Computern. Zankl spielt gerne Schach und Skat. Laut Selbstbeschreibung ist er ein ¿netter Kerl¿. Seit Jahren beschäftigt er sich mit Kurzprosa und hat bereits bei verschiedenen Verlagen publiziert.
