Autorenporträt

Lawrence Clark Powell (1906-2001) was a librarian and author. He was the founder and founding dean of the UCLA School of Library Service. Powell was the institution's head librarian from 1944-1961. In 1971 the University of Arizona named him a Doctor of Humanities.
