After yet another argument with his father, he finds himself running from his home towards an archery tournament. He jumps at any chance to lose an arrow. But this tournament will permanently tie him down from any future plans he has, as he is now betrothed to Canterton Castle's Lady.

Marieanne didn't like the thought of being forced to marry, but what intrigued not just her, but her parents as well, was that the winner of her hand was a lowly woodsman who had saved her once before. Life becomes complicated when Roberto discovers an old enemy of the Brotherhood, a disbanded group of boys from his childhood.

When Marieanne is captured, Roberto rushes to save her. But when he goes for help, he finds his enemy is ready for him. Marieanne is aghast from the reports of her betrothed's death. But then the Red Snakes come for her once again, and she is taken from the safety of Canterton. The Red Snakes take over the Glotiss Castle and force Marieanne to marry the general of the force and Roberto's enemy.

Will Marieanne do as she is told and marry the Snake, or will she find a way to escape? Will Roberto survive in order to find and rescue his betrothed again? Or will Marieanne lose Roberto and succumb to the general's marriage and his rule over Glotiss? Find out in this fictional story based off the adventure of Robinhood.

Rachel is very happy living with her family, her mother and father and younger sister. She works full time at Chris Bell's Disability Consultants in Fruitland Park, Florida. She loves to read and write books, but also is a youth leader for Heritage Community Church where she attends the College and Career Group on Mondays. After moving from New York to Florida, she began attending church and shortly after accepted Christ as her Lord. She began writing books she hopes to critique and add to her growing published books.
