Matthews unpacks the Scriptures from our cultural baggage on this topic of heaven and our return to the garden of Eden. Many current pastors and scholars, such as N.T. Wright, have identified the problem of our culture's obsession with heaven as an eternal destiny. In a clear and engaging way he explains the Bible's storyline pointing to a Christian's real purpose. His book is easier and clearer to read than any others on this topic. Plus i noticed profits go to charity. Brilliant informative book
