Jörn Dosch is Professor of Asia Pacific Studies and Director of the Department of East Asian Studies at the University of Leeds, UK. He was previously a Fulbright Scholar at the Asia/Pacific Research Center, Stanford University, and a Lecturer at the University of Mainz, Germany. Olaf Jacob works at the Konrad-Adenauer Foundation where he is Director of the Regional Program 'Economic and Social Order in Latin America' in Rio de Janeiro. He is a former professor of Latin American and Asian Economics Studies at the Universidad del Pacífico in Lima, Peru.
