Autorenporträt

I have been a writer all my life and quite possibly in several other lifetimes as well. Books for me are like McDonald's double cheese burgers and Black Forest gateau. If books were food I have gorged myself on them until I am a human version of War and Peace.
Although I was commissioned by Penguin to write erotica I am a lot more diverse in my reading and writing. My interests range from Homer and Plato, to palaeontology; Terry Prachett and beyond the stars with Frank Herbert and Dune; Whatever the book genera, I have read it and dreamed of writing about it.
At an age between sense and senility I have rediscovered the joy of writing, after years of being a best-selling author AND rejected by publishing houses.
My fervent hope is that many readers will come with me for the ride, and enjoy the gallop.
