I have been a personal trainer for over 10 years now and have worked with clients from every walk of life: Stay at home mums, 9-5 office workers, labour workers, pregnancies, sports competitors, obese individuals and people who want to increase strength and performance. I have also been a competitive martial artist my entire life. I have competed in MMA professionally, BJJ, No-gi jiu-jitsu, kickboxing, point fighting, wrestling and have trained alongside Irelands top athletes for years. Through fight camps, weight cuts, good/bad performances, workshops and chatting and training with professional athletes twice a day - it's safe to assume I have picked up some golden nuggets of knowledge along the way :)
