As for "Taha Al -Rawi", he is an Iraqi writer, and he is considered one of the most prominent writers of Iraq in the modern era. The narrator was born in 1890, in the village of Rawiya in Anbar Governorate, overlooking the Euphrates River. He studied rights and remained persevered in reading in various sciences throughout his life. He has many books in history and literature, including: Abu Al -Ala Al -Maari. He died in Baghdad in 1946, and he wrote many Arab poets in his lament.
